Survival and Outdoor Skills Cebu (S.O.S.C.) incurs most program expenses while preparing for our courses and trips. As such, any cancellation request for a single-day public course must be received in writing via email at least 7 days (1 week) prior to the course date. For all multi-day classes, overnight trips, and private events, any cancellation request must be received in writing via email at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the start date of the event, course, or trip.
Any cancellation request made before the applicable cancellation date is eligible to receive 80% refund, 10% of it shall be charged for the processing & other fees done thru online and offline transactions. Cancellation request made after the applicable cancellation date shall be imposed with a 50% non-refundable amount which shall be charged for event preparations, the processing, & other fees done thru online and offline transactions.
Reschedules/transfers will also be charged the applicable processing fee outside of the applicable 7 / 14 day periods as well. Once within the cancellation period, there will be no transfers, reschedules, or refunds allowed. Full refunds or reschedules free of charge will be made if Survival and Outdoor Skills Cebu (S.O.S.C.) is forced to cancel a program. These standard cancellation terms are applicable unless other cancellation/refund policies are specifically written in the payment product details by Survival and Outdoor Skills Cebu.
