We’ll use a variety of camping stoves and utensils, as well as a combination of contemporary and traditional cooking methods, to prepare meals at the campsite throughout the day. We provide our entire breadth of knowledge in group cooking, both at fixed basecamps and on distant expeditions, to this delightful, enlightening day.

Food preparation, preservation, cooking kit selections, camping stove and fire management. Introduction to outdoor cooking
Using fire and different types of camping stoves: how different equipment varies from weight, type of fuel, and cooking methods.
Food included as you’ll be making plenty to nibble on through the day, please inform us of any dietary requirements prior to this activity.
Due the involved nature of this course, we don’t feel its suitable to under 16’s (please ask if you have any questions)
Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a participating adult
